PSALM 145:14-18
“The Lord upholds all who fall, And raises up all who are bowed down. The eyes of all look expectantly to You, And You give them their food in due season. You open Your hand And satisfy the desire of every living thing. The Lord is righteous in all His ways, Gracious in all His works. The Lord is near to all who call upon Him, To all who call upon Him in truth.

Sometimes it seems our burdens are far more than we can bear and wonder how we can go on.
David stands at this bleak intersection of life's road and meditates on the Lord, the great burden bearer.
God is able to lift us up because of His greatness (145:3); He does mighty acts for each generation (145:4); He is full of majestic, glorious splendour (145:5); He does awe-inspiring deeds (145:5-6); He is righteous (145:7) He is loving, kind, merciful, patient, and compassionate (145:8-9); He rules over an everlasting Kingdom (145:13); He is the source of all our daily needs (145:15-16); He is kind and righteous in all of His dealings (145:17); He remains close to all those who call on Him (145:18); He hears our cries and rescues us (145:19-20).
If you are crumbling under the weight of burden, turn to God, bow before Him, for He is ready, willing, and able to take the weight off of your shoulders and lift you up. Nothing is to big for our amazing, all powerful God. When God is for you, who can be against you?
But if one wants to experience the provision and blessings of the Lord, if one wants to experience the joy of the Lord, if one wants wants to receive the peace of the Lord, he must seek Him, call upon Him, and put His trust in Him.
“”Therefore I say to you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink; nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food and the body more than clothing? Look at the birds of the air, for they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they? Which of you by worrying can add one cubit to his stature? “So why do you worry about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin; and yet I say to you that even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. Now if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today is, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, will He not much more clothe you, O you of little faith? “Therefore do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ For after all these things the Gentiles seek. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.“
Matthew 6:25-34 NKJV
All glory to God forever and ever. Amen!
