Commit To The Lord Whatever You Do, And He Will Establish Your Plans
By Faith Establish Good Works
PROVERBS 16:3
“Commit your works to the LORD, And your thoughts will be established.”
Proverbs 16:3 NKJV

Some people only commit their work to the Lord superficially. They claim the project is being done for the Lord, but in reality, it is their own desire, plan, or outcome that they desire.
The same can be said in churches.
Some leaders build their own fire, rather than fuel the fire God established. Even in some sermons and worship, rather than glorify God, both the leaders and congregation worship the music, or the sermon, or the performers, because it is designed to be a source of provision and becomes an idol.
Neither worship or sermons should ever be a performance, we are to be pleasing to God not man.
Church isn’t supposed to be a social event, it is a time for the body to join together and worship our King.
So often, man’s rules and projects stand in the way of God’s plans and purposes, but when we remove the blockages of religious rules and procedures, we allow God to work through us in His Mighty Power.
Many give God temporary control over their interests, only to take it back the moment things stop going the way they hoped, and others commit a task fully to the Lord, but put no real effort into it themselves.
No wonder so many good plans fail to succeed.
It is important to commit every plan to God before we start, being certain that it is of God, maintaining a delicate balance of trusting God as if everything is dependent on Him, but at the same time working like everything is dependent on us.
Faith is the main ingredient, for without faith it is impossible to please God (HEBREWS 11:6), but by faith good works are established, as God Himself directs His steps (PSALM 37:23), but “For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.”
James 2:26 NKJV
My beloved, when a project is not going to plan, before taking any different actions , ask God for direction.
The truth is, as Christians, we are servants of God, not the other way round.
My beloved, ask God at the start of every day, “Lord, what is Your plan for Me today?
As Paul told us, if You stay close to God and ask, He will not only give you the desire to do His will, but also the power to do it (PHILIPPIANS 2:13).
But His instruction is often step by step, so be patient and wait on the Lord. Don’t try to go ahead of Him our great teacher, for everything is in His perfect timing not ours.
The truth is, You can do all things through Christ who is your strength (PHILIPPIANS 4:13), but only when you give Him full control and one remains obedient to His word.
My beloved, “Have you not known? Have you not heard? The everlasting God, the Lord, The Creator of the ends of the earth, Neither faints nor is weary. His understanding is unsearchable. He gives power to the weak, And to those who have no might He increases strength. Even the youths shall faint and be weary, And the young men shall utterly fall, But those who wait on the Lord Shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint.”
Isaiah 40:28-31 NKJV
My beloved, the time has come to take your God given dreams and visions to highest mountain, and wait upon the Lord.
Then in God’s perfect timing your strength shall be renewed that you can take a leap of faith.
Yes, you may like an eagle in its first flight, come crashing down, it may be scary as you hit the rocks, but when you trust in the Lord, He will before you hit the ground, lift you up and like the eagle you shall rise, for He shall mount you on wings like eagles, you shall run and not be weary, and walk and not faint, but succeed according to God’s plans and purposes.
My beloved, God has no limits, nothing is impossible with Him (MATHEW 19:26).
But we humans limit God with religious rules, procedures, and beliefs.
Whether in school, business or ministry, or any God given projects or desires, you can do all things through Christ who is your strength (PHILIPPIANS 4:13).
All glory to God forever and ever! Amen.
