ISAIAH 26:3-8
“You will keep him in perfect peace, Whose mind is stayed on You, Because he trusts in You. Trust in the LORD forever, For in YAH, the LORD, is everlasting strength. For He brings down those who dwell on high, The lofty city; He lays it low, He lays it low to the ground, He brings it down to the dust. The foot shall tread it down— The feet of the poor And the steps of the needy.” The way of the just is uprightness; O Most Upright, You weigh the path of the just. Yes, in the way of Your judgments, O LORD, we have waited for You; The desire of our soul is for Your name And for the remembrance of You.

We cannot avoid the strife of this failing world; we believers cannot avoid Satan’s many evil schemes he plans for our lives; schemes to steal, kill and destroy (JOHN 10:10). Therefore, don't be surprised by the strange things that are happening to us in this world.
He attacks our minds with negative thoughts, our relationships, finances, and brings many temptations that we shall fall away from God, but when we fix our thoughts on God, we know we can have perfect peace, even in turmoil.
We are not what the devil says we are, he is the father of lies (JOHN 8:44); we are what God says we are, a royal priesthood (1 PETER 12:9-12), not in our power or abilities, but through Christ in us.
As we focus our mind on God and His Word, we become steady and stable.
The answer to every trial you face is written in our Holy Bible, which is supported by God's love and mighty power.
He himself brings prophecies, dreams, visions, and words of knowledge to help us in our walk and prepare us for the coming challenges that face.
Therefore, we believers have no need to be shaken by the surrounding chaos of man made pestilence, inflation, world financial melt down, social unrest, and even the fret of world war; we are safe in His hands.
If you want peace in your life; fix your thoughts on God and put your trust in him.
At times, the path of the righteous doesn't seem smooth, and it may seem difficult to do God's will, especially when we constantly hear negative whispers from the devil. But if you really trust God and be determined, He will make a way for you; He is there ready and willing to help, comfort, and lead us in all truth.
But each of us must discipline our minds to remain focused, not on our faults and failings, nor our trials and tribulations, but rather rejoice and fix our minds on Jesus Christ our redeemer. Not bowing to our emotions that drag down or puff us up, but rather humbly presenting our bodies a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. Not being conformed to the things of this world, but being transformed by the renewing of the mind, that you come to understand what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God (ROMANS 12:1-2).
My beloved, Paul told us, “Now I, Paul, myself am pleading with you by the meekness and gentleness of Christ—who in presence am lowly among you, but being absent am bold toward you. But I beg you that when I am present I may not be bold with that confidence by which I intend to be bold against some, who think of us as if we walked according to the flesh. For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh. For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ, and being ready to punish all disobedience when your obedience is fulfilled.”
II Corinthians 10:1-6 NKJV
The truth is, if you do your best, Jesus shall do the rest and bring you to a place of perfect peace.
He does this by giving us hope and purpose; “for it is God who works in you both to will and to do for His good pleasure.”
Philippians 2:13 NKJV
Furthermore, “He is the One who goes before you. He will be with you, He will not leave you nor forsake you; do not fear nor be dismayed.””
Deuteronomy 31:8 NKJV
My brethren, the devil will come at you from every direction, but “No weapon formed against you shall prosper, And every tongue which rises against you in judgment You shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, And their righteousness is from Me,” Says the LORD.”
Isaiah 54:17 NKJV
Jesus said, ““Therefore I say to you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink; nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food and the body more than clothing? Look at the birds of the air, for they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they? Which of you by worrying can add one cubit to his stature? “So why do you worry about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin; and yet I say to you that even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. Now if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today is, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, will He not much more clothe you, O you of little faith? “Therefore do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ For after all these things the Gentiles seek. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.”
Matthew 6:25-34 NKJV
Paul gives us the perfect instruction to receive God’s peace. He said, “Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I will say, rejoice! Let your gentleness be known to all men. The Lord is at hand. Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy—meditate on these things. The things which you learned and received and heard and saw in me, these do, and the God of peace will be with you.”
Philippians 4:4-9 NKJV
When the devil comes to fill you with negativity, fear, and bring you down, tell yourself of your eternal future and remind the devil of his.
“Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you.”
James 4:7 NKJV
You shall remain in perfect peace.
All glory to God forever and ever! Amen.
