Worship The Lord With Gladness, Come Before Him With Joyful Songs

Praise Him In The Right House

PSALM 100:1-5
“Make a joyful shout to the Lord, all you lands! Serve the Lord with gladness; Come before His presence with singing. Know that the Lord, He is God; It is He who has made us, and not we ourselves; We are His people and the sheep of His pasture. Enter into His gates with thanksgiving, And into His courts with praise. Be thankful to Him, and bless His name. For the Lord is good; His mercy is everlasting, And His truth endures to all generations.
”‭‭Psalms‬ ‭100:1-5‬ ‭NKJV‬

V

Wherever you are in the world, you have every good reason to sing and shout praises to our God.
We are His very own-““You are the children of the Lord your God; you shall not cut yourselves nor shave the front of your head for the dead. For you are a holy people to the Lord your God, and the Lord has chosen you to be a people for Himself, a special treasure above all the peoples who are on the face of the earth.”
‭‭Deuteronomy‬ ‭14:1-2‬ ‭NKJV‬‬
My brethren, you have every good reason to sing out praises to the Lord. He is deserving of all praise.
Furthermore, singing out loud in praise attracts others to worship and expresses our joy in the Lord, whilst at the same time sends the enemy into hiding.
Is it not a privilege to serve God in one way of another? You may not be a pastor or a prophet, but you can joyfully share the Good News, or pray for and encourage others; it’s simply, understanding one’s individual place in Christ.
Every Spirit filled believer is an individual part of God’s body, of which Jesus Christ is the head. Furthermore, every member is a part of Christ five fold ministry and falls into at least one of the five categories and are gifted with the appropriate spiritual gifts according to one’s calling.
“And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ, till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ; that we should no longer be children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in the cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting, but, speaking the truth in love, may grow up in all things into Him who is the head—Christ— from whom the whole body, joined and knit together by what every joint supplies, according to the effective working by which every part does its share, causes growth of the body for the edifying of itself in love.”
‭‭Ephesians‬ ‭4‬:‭11‬-‭16‬ ‭NKJV‬
No matter what place one sits within the congregation, not one person is less or above any other member, for the body requires every part to function for the body to operate correctly, and Christ is the head.
It is the head that instructs every part of the body.
The foot doesn’t instruct the leg, the head does it; the eye doesn’t instruct the ear, the head does it; only head instructs so that all the individual parts work together in unity (1CORINTHIANS 12:8-31), for, “There are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit. There are differences of ministries, but the same Lord. And there are diversities of activities, but it is the same God who works all in all. But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to each one for the profit of all: for to one is given the word of wisdom through the Spirit, to another the word of knowledge through the same Spirit, to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healings by the same Spirit, to another the working of miracles, to another prophecy, to another discerning of spirits, to another different kinds of tongues, to another the interpretation of tongues. But one and the same Spirit works all these things, distributing to each one individually as He wills.”
‭‭I Corinthians‬ ‭12‬:‭4‬-‭11‬ ‭NKJV‬‬
My beloved, Know that the Lord is God; He made us, He is our creator God, our sustainer God-He is faithful to provide and He holds all things together (COLOSSIANS 1:17); we are His chosen people; His very own and He loves us.
David tells us to acknowledge that the Lord is God; we do that when we sing and shout praises to Him, when we respect His authority in every part of our lives, when we joyfully accept and agree with the guidance He gives us, when we express our thanks for His unfailing and unconditional love, and His everlasting mercy that continues through all generations.
God alone is worthy of being worshipped.
Do you willingly come into His presence, or are you simply going through the motions?
This psalm tells us to remind ourselves how great is our God, how faithful and dependable He is.
My brethren, hold nothing back, worship and praise Him with heart felt love and thanksgiving.
Worship is not just about singing praises on Sundays in church; our worship continues with our words and actions every day and in every part of our daily lives. Our worship is expressed through our service to God and our love for others.
Therefore my “Beloved, let us love one another, for love is of God; and everyone who loves is born of God and knows God. He who does not love does not know God, for God is love. In this the love of God was manifested toward us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through Him. In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins. Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another.”
‭‭I John‬ ‭4:7-11‬ ‭NKJV‬‬
Show your heart felt love for God by the way you live your daily lives, lifting up your hands in total submission to His authority, regularly joining together in prayer, singing His praises in deep heart felt worship, and reaching out to all with loving kindness as we share the Good News of Jesus Christ to all who listen in the streets and communities.
My beloved, we people are the bride of Christ (EPHESIANS 5:22-33).
Regardless of our place within the body, just as within human marriage, we must not deprive our Lord and Saviour. Intimacy with Christ comes from assembly; it comes through heart felt praise and worship.
It’s not about being entertained or entertaining the congregation with great songs or prophetic promises of blessings to draw them in; it is about every individual member of the whole body coming together in pure uninhibited praise and worship simply out of their love for Christ.
It cannot be done in the wrong house; it may feel good, but the devil deceives.
And since we have put to death the old man (ROMANS 6:6) a church led by the flesh is dead, but those who are led by the Spirit shall produce good fruits (GALATIANS 5:16-26).
The wrong house will take you the wrong way. Those flesh led prophetic promises that draw people in because it’s what they want to hear are false; don’t be sucked in by them.
Jesus said, “Therefore, brethren ““Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves. You will know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes from thornbushes or figs from thistles? Even so, every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit. A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, nor can a bad tree bear good fruit. Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. Therefore by their fruits you will know them. “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’ And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭7‬:‭15‬-‭23‬ ‭NKJV‬‬
Therefore my beloved, don’t be deceived, be certain you are in the right house, and “having boldness to enter the Holiest by the blood of Jesus, by a new and living way which He consecrated for us, through the veil, that is, His flesh, and having a High Priest over the house of God, let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water. Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful. And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works, not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching.”
‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭10‬:‭19‬-‭25‬ ‭NKJV‬‬
All glory to God forever and ever! Amen.
