We all want to be successful in life, having a good career, being prosperous, and we want to be recognised for our success.
That is ok, but however, we must not forget that every good gift is from our Father in heaven. He is our creator, the sustainer, and the source of all provision. He gifted each and every one of us in one area or another with both spiritual and physical gifts.
Some, he gifted as musicians, singers, or writers, others he gifted their hands, spiritually and physically; some he gifted with the ability to heal, others to prophecy we are all good at something, spiritually and physically.
“There are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit. There are differences of ministries, but the same Lord. And there are diversities of activities, but it is the same God who works all in all.”
I Corinthians 12:4-6 NKJV
My brethren, we must not forget God is the source of everything good; without Him we can do nothing good, indeed, without Him we would exist at all, but with Him we have the ultimate gift of eternal life.
Without any doubt, all the glory belongs to our Father in heaven.
The bible often relates light to good, and dark to evil. God is the Father of good, He has not even a shadow of darkness in Him; He is perfect and Holy. Furthermore, He is awesome in power. “By the word of the LORD the heavens were made, And all the host of them by the breath of His mouth. He gathers the waters of the sea together as a heap; He lays up the deep in storehouses. Let all the earth fear the LORD; Let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of Him. For He spoke, and it was done; He commanded, and it stood fast.”
Psalms 33:6-9 NKJV
God is our creator; “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made.”
John 1:1-3 NKJV
He knows you more than you know yourself; He knows your needs, your wants, and what is good for you.
My beloved, “Trust in the Lord, and do good; Dwell in the land, and feed on His faithfulness. Delight yourself also in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.”
Psalms 37:3-4 NKJV
Give yourself to Jesus today and start the process of a change; allow Him in and remove the anxiety, the depression, the addictions, the sadness, and all the hurts of life. Receive the peace of God that surpasses all understanding that it shall guard your hearts and minds through Christ (PHILIPPIANS 4:7), and have joy in calamity and the chaos of life. For it is joy in the Lord that gives us strength (NEHEMIAH 8:10).
