Whoever Believes In Him Is Not Condemned

Many people try to protect themselves from their fears by putting their faith in things such as science, life style, money, skills, education, good deeds, or possessions. But the truth is, only God can save us from the one thing that we really need to fear, eternal condemnation.
We cannot buy salvation, neither money, possessions, nor good deeds, or status can secure our place in God’s kingdom, yet at the same time, if one believes, nothing can separate him or her from God’s love, “For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.”

The Good News is, “that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For the Scripture says, “Whoever believes on Him will not be put to shame.” For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek, for the same Lord over all is rich to all who call upon Him. For “whoever calls on the name of the LORD shall be saved.””

But my brethren, if one is going to be able to truly believe, he or she needs to know Christ. Only through relationship can you really know Him enough to believe. So make time to be alone with God in prayer every single day, indeed, “Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you. Do not quench the Spirit.
Test all things; hold fast what is good. Abstain from every form of evil (1 THESSALONIANS 5:16-22).
Jesus said, ““Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’ And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness (MATHEW 7:21-23)!’”
Jesus most certainly knows you, He is your creator. But if one cannot be bothered to make time to know Him in this life, He will refuse to know him in the life to come.
