PROVERBS 18:10-11
“The name of the LORD is a strong tower; The righteous run to it and are safe. The rich man’s wealth is his strong city, And like a high wall in his own esteem.
”Proverbs 18:10-11 NKJV

The very idea that wealth and status are their strongest place of security and defence, most certainly, the rich are very much mistaken.
It is good to be wise with money and have a reserve, but it does not provide real lasting safety and cannot help in any way shape or form to take one into the Gods kingdom.
In deed riches produce a false sense of security.
There are simply too many ways for money to lose its power. It can be stolen, inflation can rob it of all value, the government can cease to back it and so on. Furthermore, it does not stop any attack from your enemies, and when one passes from this life, he or she cannot take it with them, “We all come to the end of our lives as naked and empty-handed as on the day we were born. We can’t take our riches with us.”
Ecclesiastes 5:15 NLT
However, the name of the LORD is a strong tower, a strong place of safety where the enemy can be seen from whatever direction they come.
The place where one receives the protection and the provisions of the Lord; the place where one finds joy in chaos, and the peace of the Lord.
The place of the Lord where you have not need to “Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.”
Philippians 4:6-7 NKJV
Jesus said, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.”
John 14:6 NKJV
Jesus is the only way to lasting peace and joy, He’s not a liar, He is God and faithful to fulfil all His promises, and furthermore, He is the only way to the Father and the wonderful promise of eternal life.
“What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things? Who shall bring a charge against God’s elect? It is God who justifies. Who is he who condemns? It is Christ who died, and furthermore is also risen, who is even at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us. Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? As it is written: “For Your sake we are killed all day long; We are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.” Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.”
Romans 8:31-39 NKJV
All glory to God forever and ever! Amen.
