Zechariah in chapter 14, recalled the destruction of Jerusalem in 586 B.C. But then the prophecy takes the people to a day when tragedy turns to victory. God said He would fight the nations and He would make an escape for His people (v3-5).
The time has come that God shall fight the corrupt nations of this world; the tragedy of the corruption of today shall turn to victory. Revival is here and like a snow ball rolling down a hillside, it is growing in size and power as God reaches out to the lost sheep of Israel.
My brethren, besides His victory, the King would welcome all nations into His presence to worship Him (v16). They would come into Jerusalem, and nothing would be withheld from them, and nothing will be withheld from God’s people today.
Even mundane items such as pots in Jerusalem and Judah shall be holiness to the Lord (v21).
I encourage you, as God’s very own, whatever battle you are in right now, whether it’s your health, your wealth, or any circumstance at all in your life, God will fight for you, He will make a way of escape from your enemies. For He is the KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS (REVELATION 19:16).
You can stand firm on His promises. He has no equal nor rival, His name is above every other name, “that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father (PHILIPPIANS 2:9-11).
If you have Jesus, you already have the victory over sickness, your wealth, your marriage and your relationships, and over every circumstance, “for the LORD your God is He who goes with you, to fight for you against your enemies, to save you.’”
Deuteronomy 20:4 NKJV
Your impossible situation becomes possible in the very moment you give it to God (LUKE 18:27; MATHEW 19:26). “The LORD will fight for you, and you shall hold your peace.””
Exodus 14:14 NKJV.
That is the peace of God that surpasses all understanding that guards our hearts and minds through Christ Jesus (PHILIPPIANS 4:6-7).
If you don’t have Jesus in your life, I am here to tell you, “He loves you, wants no one to perish, but for all to turn to Him in repentance (2 PETER 3:9), He is ready to welcome all nations into His presence, those who turn to Him in repentance.
“What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things? Who shall bring a charge against God’s elect? It is God who justifies. Who is he who condemns? It is Christ who died, and furthermore is also risen, who is even at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us. Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? As it is written: “For Your sake we are killed all day long; We are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.” Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.”
Romans 8:31-39 NKJV
All glory to God forever and ever! Amen.
