Here, Isaiah honoured and praised God because he had come to realise that God is exactly who He says He is and keeps keeps all His promises.
He continues to provide and protect His repentant people through it all even when they have messed up in sin. He is God, and nothing can stop His plans and purposes. “There are many plans in a man’s heart, Nevertheless the LORD’s counsel—that will stand.”
Proverbs 19:21 NKJV
God always completes His plans and keeps promises, though the devil tries very hard to convince us He don’t and tries desperately to stop them. Furthermore, His promise of salvation is not only on you, but your children too, regardless of the mess they seem to be making of their lives, and as many as your loved ones He chooses to call (ACTS 2:38-39).
Today, I call you out my brethren, to consider all God has done for you-every answered prayer, and praise Him with a thankful heart. Lift God up to the highest honour. Take on board the pain and suffering Christ encountered for You as He was nailed to a cross to pay your debt of sin to justify your eternal future.
“He is despised and rejected by men, A Man of sorrows and acquainted with grief. And we hid, as it were, our faces from Him; He was despised, and we did not esteem Him. Surely He has borne our griefs And carried our sorrows; Yet we esteemed Him stricken, Smitten by God, and afflicted. But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, And by His stripes we are healed.”
Isaiah 53:3-5 NKJV
God was under no obligation nor had any other reason except out of love to take our place on a cross, for He never sinned.
Jesus died for you, for me, and for all people (2 PETER 3:9).
“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.”
John 3:16-17 NKJV
We all have a choice to make, it’s God’s kingdom or the devil’s. Sitting on the fence will not work. Jesus said, ““I know your works, that you are neither cold nor hot. I could wish you were cold or hot. So then, because you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will vomit you out of My mouth.”
Revelation 3:15-16 NKJV
Today, my brothers and sisters, make that decision to completely submit to the Lord before it is too late.
“Do not be unequally yoked together with unbelievers. For what fellowship has righteousness with lawlessness? And what communion has light with darkness? And what accord has Christ with Belial? Or what part has a believer with an unbeliever? And what agreement has the temple of God with idols? For you are the temple of the living God. As God has said: “I will dwell in them And walk among them. I will be their God, And they shall be My people.” Therefore “Come out from among them And be separate, says the Lord. Do not touch what is unclean, And I will receive you.” “I will be a Father to you, And you shall be My sons and daughters, Says the LORD Almighty.””
II Corinthians 6:14-18 NKJV
