Anxiety Weighs Down The Heart, But A Kind Word Cheers It Up

Be Free To Have Peace, Joy, And Life Everlasting

PROVERBS 12:25
“Anxiety in the heart of man causes depression, But a good word makes it glad.
”‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭12:25‬ ‭NKJV‬

Anxiety is another word for fear, and fear is the opposite of faith. Furthermore, it is the route cause of anxiety/ depression which is widespread throughout the world.
It destroys lives, general health, relationships, careers, and damages our immune system, and often leads to suicide.
No wonder God tells us, “do not fear” some 365 times throughout the bible.
However, anxiety loses its power in the face of positive encouragement of God’s word. Barnabas is an example of a good encourager in the early church (ACTS 4:36).
Faith and fear can be seen like an amp meter in our cars. When at zero, the battery is neither charging nor discharging. But in order for the battery to remain charged and for cars to start each time and perform correctly, their has to be a small positive charge all the time the engine is running to refill the battery which is drained by the electrical devices, like the starter, lighting, heating and cooling systems systems.
If the battery doesn’t have a small charge when the engine is running, in time the charge in the battery will become depleted and the engine won’t start.
Zero charge is not enough!
In the same way, if we live in constant fear, depression will sneak in and like our cars, we will in time break down, bring about nostalgic depressive and even suicidal and all kinds of other negative thoughts, which when spoken out, open doors to the devil.
Therefore, “Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour.”
‭‭I Peter‬ ‭5‬:‭8‬ ‭NKJV‬‬
Zero faith, sitting on the fence is not enough! But with a mustard seed of faith, our batteries will be charged and replenished and we will be able to move the mountains in our lives (MATHEW 17:20), peace will come upon us and bring the joy of the Lord into our lives.
Doctors will tell you, we cannot cure anxiety/ depression, but we can control it with counsel and or pills. So if it needs controlling, surely it is a living being within.
But I tell you the truth, anxiety and faith cannot live together, like hot and cold, they are opposites; where their is faith, fear cannot survive, and the “demon of fear” when rebuked will leave you (JAMES 4:7) along with its partners, depression, suicidal, and death.
Truly by your faith, you are healed by Jesus’ stripes (ISAIAH 53: 3-5).
Paul tells us in Philippians 4:6-7, Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your request be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
In these days of darkness, the spirit of fear is forcing itself upon the people of the earth in every nation, and as a result we have seen an overwhelming increase in anxiety/ depression and suicide.
But today, the LORD has put on my heart to say this to His people, Rejoice! ““For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.”
‭‭II Timothy‬ ‭1:7‬ ‭NKJV‬‬
My brethren, I call you out to walk in the Spirit; to cast out the spirit of fear and walk in power, and in love, and with a sound mind, and push the Devil’s out once and for all. “And just as Moses said to the people, “Do not be afraid. Stand still, and see the salvation of the Lord, which He will accomplish for you today. For the Egyptians whom you see today, you shall see again no more forever. The Lord will fight for you, and you shall hold your peace.””
‭‭Exodus‬ ‭14:13-14‬ ‭NKJV‬‬
Are you are you struggling with depression, mental illness, or any other long-term illness, or struggling to conceive, hold a job or relationship, or having negative or suicidal thoughts. Are you constantly in fear, or caught up in addiction, or struggling with anger or repetitive sin? Are you hearing voices or struggling with night mares? If so, go to a ministry operating in deliverance and be set free.
Truly I tell you, deliverance is key to change, healing, peace, joy, and a blessed life.
These demons are very real, and like squatters they move in and use one’s flesh as their home and don’t usually leave without a fight.
Their goal is to take possession of your very soul (your mind, will, and emotions), that you do their will, rather than your own (see ROMANS 7:13-25).
Sin opens the door and lets them in, including the sin of one’s ancestors, so many people are born in captivity, demonised, or possessed (MARK 5-1-20).
Many say, “the devil cannot possess anyone, because possession is ownership and he owns no one.
But that’s not entirely true, for if one steals a car, he has taken possession, but he doesn’t own it. He will take it in directions the owner doesn’t want to go and break many laws and can cause much damage. But when the thief is caught, he is removed and the vehicle is returned to its rightful owner. The repair work starts, and the scars are removed and the vehicle restored.
Only when the squatters are evicted, can one be restored and brought back to good health. But to evict the squatters, one must get a court order from the courts of heaven and satisfy the judge that they have no authority to stay. Their authority to enter comes from one’s sin, and lets them in, but repentance and forgiveness take away their authority and power to stay.
Deliverance is the only way to freedom, “Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you. Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded. Lament and mourn and weep! Let your laughter be turned to mourning and your joy to gloom. Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and He will lift you up.”
‭‭James‬ ‭4‬:‭7‬-‭10‬ ‭NKJV‬‬
My beloved, “if the Son makes you free, you shall be free indeed.”
‭‭John‬ ‭8:36‬ ‭NKJV‬‬
But however, once free, be mindful to keep the doors securely closed by living right with God.
For Jesus said, ““When an unclean spirit goes out of a man, he goes through dry places, seeking rest, and finds none. Then he says, ‘I will return to my house from which I came.’ And when he comes, he finds it empty, swept, and put in order. Then he goes and takes with him seven other spirits more wicked than himself, and they enter and dwell there; and the last state of that man is worse than the first. So shall it also be with this wicked generation.””
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭12‬:‭43‬-‭45‬ ‭NKJV‬‬
“Therefore, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God. Give no offense, either to the Jews or to the Greeks or to the church of God, just as I also please all men in all things, not seeking my own profit, but the profit of many, that they may be saved.”
‭‭I Corinthians‬ ‭10‬:‭31‬-‭33‬ ‭NKJV‬‬
All glory to God forever and ever! Amen.
