ISAIAH 55:10-11
“”For as the rain comes down, and the snow from heaven, And do not return there, But water the earth, And make it bring forth and bud, That it may give seed to the sower And bread to the eater, So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me void, But it shall accomplish what I please, And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.”
Isaiah 55:10-11 NKJV

God’s Word is living and powerful and sharper than any two edged sword (HEBREWS 4:12), and just as we can be certain that the rain and the snow will come down and water the earth, so the Word of God will go forth from His mouth and accomplish God’s plans and purposes; it will not fail to achieve that which He sent it to do; it will not return to Him void.
We cannot even start to imagine how powerful God’s Word really is. He said, “Let there be light;” and there was light (GENESIS 1:3). Everything God does, He does simply by speaking out His will, and it comes to pass-it never fails.
The whole universe was created by one verse of God-hence the “uni-verse.”
Therefore, “Sing to Him a new song; Play skillfully with a shout of joy. For the word of the Lord is right, And all His work is done in truth. He loves righteousness and justice; The earth is full of the goodness of the Lord. By the word of the Lord the heavens were made, And all the host of them by the breath of His mouth. He gathers the waters of the sea together as a heap; He lays up the deep in storehouses. Let all the earth fear the Lord; Let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of Him. For He spoke, and it was done; He commanded, and it stood fast.”
Psalms 33:3-9 NKJV
I encourage you, that God, despite your faults and failures, God loves you more than you can even begin imagine; furthermore, nothing can separate you from His love (ROMANS 8:38-39).
He has a plan for your life, a plan that is good and not for disaster, a plan that will give you a future and a hope (JEREMIAH 29:11).
The only person who can stop that plan is you, for God gave you free will to choose. But why would anyone not choose God’s kingdom over the devil’s, “For My thoughts are not your thoughts, Nor are your ways My ways,” says the Lord. “For as the heavens are higher than the earth, So are My ways higher than your ways, And My thoughts than your thoughts. “For as the rain comes down, and the snow from heaven, And do not return there, But water the earth, And make it bring forth and bud, That it may give seed to the sower And bread to the eater, So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me void, But it shall accomplish what I please, And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it. “For you shall go out with joy, And be led out with peace; The mountains and the hills Shall break forth into singing before you, And all the trees of the field shall clap their hands. Instead of the thorn shall come up the cypress tree, And instead of the brier shall come up the myrtle tree; And it shall be to the Lord for a name, For an everlasting sign that shall not be cut off.””
Isaiah 55:8-13 NKJV
Most of what God wants to say to you is in His Word, which is living and powerful and sharper than any two edged sword, piercing even to the devision of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart (HEBREWS 4:12). God’s word is so powerful that God used it create the heavens and the earth, and yet so delicate that it can change your very character from within; it discerns the thoughts and intents of our hearts.
God’s Word is like medicine to your soul, spirit, and flesh; but like all medications, it can only bring change when you take it in, chew it over and digest it.
Make time for God’s Word; take it in every day-morning, noon, and night; no one can overdose on this awesome medicine.
My brethren, we can put our trust in God who keeps His every promise-He can not lie. But we do have to cooperate with Him; we cannot continue in sin (see ROMANS 12:1-2).
Are you going round in circles, facing the same troubles time and time again, doing the same old that bring the same problems, the same failures, the same hurts?
If you want life to change, you have to try something different.
God’s word gives you the instruction what to do (ROMANS 12:1-2), the desire, and the power to achieve God’s will in your life (PHILIPPIANS 2:13).
Jesus said, “I am way, the truth, and the life, no one comes to the Father except through Me (JOHN 14:6).
His way works. There is no other way, no other god, person, or religious organisation that can deliver you from the evil one.
No amount of money or status, not even your good deeds will take you into the kingdom of God.
But if you believe on Jesus, the victory is already yours through Christ who is our strength (1 CORINTHIANS 15:57).
But how can anyone believe on Jesus without full understanding of who He is?
My brethren, get to no Him more through His Word and conversation with Him; after all, He is the coming judge who will decide your eternal future.
My beloved, He is the same God, the Alfa and the Omega, the One who was and is to come.
He is the same yesterday, today, and forever (HEBREWS 13:8).
He healed the sick back then and He heals the sick right now, He is the same God who set the captives free and shall set you free.
Free to live for Him who is faithful, all you need do is ask, believe and receive.
For “The Lord upholds all who fall, And raises up all who are bowed down. The eyes of all look expectantly to You, And You give them their food in due season. You open Your hand And satisfy the desire of every living thing. The Lord is righteous in all His ways, Gracious in all His works. The Lord is near to all who call upon Him, To all who call upon Him in truth. He will fulfill the desire of those who fear Him; He also will hear their cry and save them. The Lord preserves all who love Him, But all the wicked He will destroy. My mouth shall speak the praise of the Lord, And all flesh shall bless His holy name Forever and ever.”
Psalms 145:14-21 NKJV
All glory to God forever and ever! Amen.
