ROMANS 10:8-13
“But what does it say? “The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart” (that is, the word of faith which we preach): that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For the Scripture says, “Whoever believes on Him will not be put to shame.” For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek, for the same Lord over all is rich to all who call upon Him. For “whoever calls on the name of the LORD shall be saved.”

Many, with help of whispers from the devil, think that salvation is a complicated process, others believe they are not good enough, or that their sins were too great.
The truth is, Jesus paid the price of sin, no matter how great or however serious their sins; that whoever calls on the name of the Lord, regardless of skin colour, ethnic background, sexual orientation, rich or poor, strong or weak Jew or Gentile, shall be saved.
The truth is, the process is very simple, it is as close to you as your own lips and heart, “that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.
Of course conditions apply, repentance is needed, we must be willing to change. Furthermore, we must forgive all who offended us or hurt us.
Jesus said, ““For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.”
Matthew 6:14-15 NKJV
The truth is, if one does not walk in repentance nor is able to forgive those who sinned against him, he never really believed at all. For “If someone says, “I love God,” and hates his brother, he is a liar; for he who does not love his brother whom he has seen, how can he love God whom he has not seen? And this commandment we have from Him: that he who loves God must love his brother also.”
I John 4:20-21 NKJV
My brethren, no one can be saved by works or by simply being nice, it’s too late for that, we are all sinners.
“If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. If we say that we have not sinned, we make Him a liar, and His word is not in us.”
I John 1:8-10 NKJV
We are all sinners and deserve the penalty of death, but the Good News is, Christ paid your debt of sin on a cross and has justified your new life in Christ. Furthermore, through the resurrection power of Christ, by believing on Him, you can live with Him forever.
But we must all understand, grace does not overrule justice. We cannot continue to live in sin and expect to be saved.
Repentance is far more than simply saying sorry; it is to turn from sinful actions toward God.
We cannot do that in our own strength, we need God’s help God’s help by walking in the leading of the Holy Spirit (GALATIANS 5:16-26), for is He who gives us the desire to do what pleases Him, and the power to do it (PHILIPPIANS 2:13).
But to walk in the Spirit, we must receive the gift of the Spirit.
My beloved, we can do nothing good in our own strength, but Jesus said, ““If you love Me, keep My commandments. And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever— the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him; but you know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you. I will not leave you orphans; I will come to you.”
John 14:15-18 NKJV
This wonderful promise of help is available to all who believe, and is the seal our salvation (EPHESIANS 2:13-14; 2 CORINTHIANS 1:22).
It’s not difficult to see that this world is close to total failure; the world financial systems are collapsing and we are experiencing growing inflation, unemployment, and poverty; our world is unsettled with wars and frets of wars, and terrorism haunts us.
Immorality and lawlessness is out of control, and the truth is, Jesus is soon to take His people out of this darkened world, and then He will return to bring judgment.
Therefore, “Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. For the promise is to you and to your children, and to all who are afar off, as many as the Lord our God will call.””
Acts 2:38-39 NKJV
If you haven’t already, turn to God in repentance; don’t put off that decision until tomorrow, for tomorrow may be too late.
Jesus said, ““Now learn this parable from the fig tree: When its branch has already become tender and puts forth leaves, you know that summer is near. So you also, when you see all these things, know that it is near—at the doors! Assuredly, I say to you, this generation will by no means pass away till all these things take place. Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will by no means pass away. “But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, but My Father only. But as the days of Noah were, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be. For as in the days before the flood, they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark, and did not know until the flood came and took them all away, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be. Then two men will be in the field: one will be taken and the other left. Two women will be grinding at the mill: one will be taken and the other left. Watch therefore, for you do not know what hour your Lord is coming. But know this, that if the master of the house had known what hour the thief would come, he would have watched and not allowed his house to be broken into. Therefore you also be ready, for the Son of Man is coming at an hour you do not expect.”
Matthew 24:32-44 NKJV
Be ready my beloved, His coming is just around the corner; don’t be left behind.
All glory to God forever and ever! Amen.
God bless you all.
