He Gives Strength To The Weary And Increases The Power Of The Weak

A Message Of Encouragement To God's People

ISAIAH 40:29-31
“He gives power to the weak, And to those who have no might He increases strength. Even the youths shall faint and be weary, And the young men shall utterly fall, But those who wait on the Lord Shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint.
”‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭40:29-31‬ ‭NKJV‬

Even the the strongest and toughest of people get tired, but God never tires; His strength never diminishes. Furthermore, He can be our source of strength and power. The same power and strength that God used to create the whole universe is in every Spirit filled believer (JOHN 14:15-18).
Therefore, He is forever available; all we need do is wait on the Lord with confident expectations and active hope.
Trusting the Lord is the patient expectation that God will fulfil all His promises and that He will strengthen us to rise above all the trials and challenges life throws at us.
Do you believe God loves you and wants only the best for you? He is God; He cannot lie and causes all things to work together for those who love God and are called according to His purpose for them (ROMANS 8:28).
When you are feeling crushed, exhausted, or broken; when you feel like giving up, that you can’t take another step, call upon the name of the Lord and renew your strength.
He is faithful to help, to strengthen all who call upon His name with expectant hope.
In this world today we are facing challenges like never before, the fret of wars and weapons of mass destruction, as the world experiences poverty, and lawlessness likened to Sodom and Gomorrah (GENESIS 19), and continuous attacks on the church from nation to nation.
My beloved, the persecution grows as our corrupt world leaders carry out their evil deeds that are taking the world toward the new world order and the mark of the beast headed by the devil himself (REVELATION 13;16-18).
But whether the attacks are on us as individuals or as the whole body, we may suffer a while, but are safe in God’s hands.
We see the battle, but God sees the victory as He goes through the fire with us and brings us out the other side unscathed (DANIEL 3).
My beloved, God is responding to protect His people and build His church His way (EPHESIANS 4:11) with new wine and new powers to stand firm and reach out to the lost in these last days.
Jesus said, “No one puts a piece from a new garment on an old one; otherwise the new makes a tear, and also the piece that was taken out of the new does not match the old. And no one puts new wine into old wineskins; or else the new wine will burst the wineskins and be spilled, and the wineskins will be ruined. But new wine must be put into new wineskins, and both are preserved. And no one, having drunk old wine, immediately desires new; for he says, ‘The old is better.’ ””
‭‭Luke‬ ‭5‬:‭36‬-‭39‬ ‭NKJV‬‬
Surely it is time to bow before the King of kings and Lord of lords (REVELATION 17:14); to let go of the old and embrace the new, “Then the Lord will be zealous for His land, And pity His people. The Lord will answer and say to His people, “Behold, I will send you grain and new wine and oil, And you will be satisfied by them; I will no longer make you a reproach among the nations. “But I will remove far from you the northern army, And will drive him away into a barren and desolate land, With his face toward the eastern sea And his back toward the western sea; His stench will come up, And his foul odor will rise, Because he has done monstrous things.” Fear not, O land; Be glad and rejoice, For the Lord has done marvelous things! Do not be afraid, you beasts of the field; For the open pastures are springing up, And the tree bears its fruit; The fig tree and the vine yield their strength. Be glad then, you children of Zion, And rejoice in the Lord your God; For He has given you the former rain faithfully, And He will cause the rain to come down for you— The former rain, And the latter rain in the first month. The threshing floors shall be full of wheat, And the vats shall overflow with new wine and oil. “So I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten, The crawling locust, The consuming locust, And the chewing locust, My great army which I sent among you. You shall eat in plenty and be satisfied, And praise the name of the Lord your God, Who has dealt wondrously with you; And My people shall never be put to shame. Then you shall know that I am in the midst of Israel: I am the Lord your God And there is no other. My people shall never be put to shame. “And it shall come to pass afterward That I will pour out My Spirit on all flesh; Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, Your old men shall dream dreams, Your young men shall see visions. And also on My menservants and on My maidservants I will pour out My Spirit in those days. “And I will show wonders in the heavens and in the earth: Blood and fire and pillars of smoke. The sun shall be turned into darkness, And the moon into blood, Before the coming of the great and awesome day of the Lord. And it shall come to pass That whoever calls on the name of the Lord Shall be saved. For in Mount Zion and in Jerusalem there shall be deliverance, As the Lord has said, Among the remnant whom the Lord calls.”
‭‭Joel‬ ‭2‬:‭18‬-‭32‬ ‭NKJV‬‬
My beloved, regardless of the evil we see and experience in this world today, we believers have nothing to fear, for the truth is, “All nations before Him are as nothing, And they are counted by Him less than nothing and worthless. To whom then will you liken God? Or what likeness will you compare to Him? The workman molds an image, The goldsmith overspreads it with gold, And the silversmith casts silver chains. Whoever is too impoverished for such a contribution Chooses a tree that will not rot; He seeks for himself a skillful workman To prepare a carved image that will not totter. Have you not known? Have you not heard? Has it not been told you from the beginning? Have you not understood from the foundations of the earth? It is He who sits above the circle of the earth, And its inhabitants are like grasshoppers, Who stretches out the heavens like a curtain, And spreads them out like a tent to dwell in. He brings the princes to nothing; He makes the judges of the earth useless. Scarcely shall they be planted, Scarcely shall they be sown, Scarcely shall their stock take root in the earth, When He will also blow on them, And they will wither, And the whirlwind will take them away like stubble. “To whom then will you liken Me, Or to whom shall I be equal?” says the Holy One. Lift up your eyes on high, And see who has created these things, Who brings out their host by number; He calls them all by name, By the greatness of His might And the strength of His power; Not one is missing. Why do you say, O Jacob, And speak, O Israel: “My way is hidden from the Lord, And my just claim is passed over by my God”? Have you not known? Have you not heard? The everlasting God, the Lord, The Creator of the ends of the earth, Neither faints nor is weary. His understanding is unsearchable. He gives power to the weak, And to those who have no might He increases strength. Even the youths shall faint and be weary, And the young men shall utterly fall, But those who wait on the Lord Shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint.”
‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭40‬:‭17‬-‭31‬ ‭NKJV‬‬
All glory to God forever and ever! Amen.
