Every Branch In Me That Does Not Produce Fruit Be Removed, And He Prunes Every Branch That Produces Fruit So That It Will Produce More Fruit

Christ Is The Vine

JOHN 15:1-4
“”I am the true vine, and My Father is the vinedresser. Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit He takes away; and every branch that bears fruit He prunes, that it may bear more fruit. You are already clean because of the word which I have spoken to you. Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in Me.
”‭‭John‬ ‭15‬:‭1‬-‭4‬ ‭NKJV‬

The branches are all those who claim to be followers of Christ and have connected to Him through the Holy Spirit.
The fruitful branches are the believers who are actually living in union with Christ and are walking in the Spirit (GALATIANS 5:16-26).
Christ is the vine and the Father is the gardener who takes care of the branches that they become healthy and even more fruitful.
But He removes the fake, unfruitful branches, those who falsely claim to be of God but produce little or no good fruit.
Many Christians live with one foot in the world, involving in worldly music, games, partying, and sexual immorality. Others in tarrot cards, star signs, and false religion and doctrines, and all kinds of religious acts idolatries, rebellions and pride.
Those un-disciplined, who walk in the lust of their flesh because of false religious beliefs, doctrines, and selfish ambitions, are held in a place of bondage, even if they don’t know it themselves.
Furthermore, being deceived by the devil, have the ability to deceive and infect the whole body and draw upon the precious resources of the branches of the vine.
We believers are one body in Christ.
But just as it takes one rotten apple to infect the entire harvest, or it takes one little fox to scatter all the sheep, so the whole body is infected by just one in sin.
My beloved, “There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called in one hope of your calling; one Lord, one faith, one baptism; one God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.”
‭‭Ephesians‬ ‭4‬:‭4‬-‭6‬ ‭NKJV‬‬
If it’s not Christ five fold ministry, it shall profit you nothing.
“And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ, till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ; that we should no longer be children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in the cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting, but, speaking the truth in love, may grow up in all things into Him who is the head—Christ— from whom the whole body, joined and knit together by what every joint supplies, according to the effective working by which every part does its share, causes growth of the body for the edifying of itself in love.”
‭‭Ephesians‬ ‭4‬:‭11‬-‭16‬ ‭NKJV‬‬
But those little foxes and wolves in sheep’s clothing have come to steal and to kill and to destroy (JOHN 10:10).
These are demonised people who are sent into the church to deceive and are in need of deliverance.
Therefore, He appointed apostles to oversee, discipline, anoint, and plant, gifted to see and hear clearly what the Spirit says.
He appointed the prophets as messengers of God, gifted to prophecy with words of knowledge and prophetic messages.
He appointed teachers to teach in all truth, pastors to shepherd and watch over the his congregation, and evangelist to reach out to the unbelievers with truth.
At times God messages and instructions can be confusing and even painful, but He is always right.
Jesus prunes back the true Christians by removing false beliefs and convicts change by pin pointing the issues and sin their lives, not to condemn, but to change their thinking and set them free, making them healthier and stronger in Christ.
But to get free, one must identify the issues and sin in his life that give way to the devil, such as pride, false beliefs, deep hurts, offense, un-forgiveness, generational curses, un-godly soul ties, and such as these. To the devil they are open doors into one’s soul.
But God brings truth through His five fold ministry, apostles, prophets, teachers, pastors, and evangelist, and sometimes the messages can be painful.
The truth hurts, but we must all recognise that the battle is with the devil, not the messenger.
On receiving pin pointing messages, the devil will attack one’s emotions to bring offence or negative attributes or anger to block his mind from receiving truth, and if allowed shall bring division within the whole congregation.
Therefore, my “Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God; because many false prophets have gone out into the world. By this you know the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is of God, and every spirit that does not confess that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is not of God. And this is the spirit of the Antichrist, which you have heard was coming, and is now already in the world.”
‭‭I John‬ ‭4‬:‭1‬-‭3‬ ‭NKJV‬‬
True messages expose the source of issues, not to condemn, but so they can be dealt with and set people free.
Therefore, “My son, do not despise the chastening of the Lord, Nor detest His correction; For whom the Lord loves He corrects, Just as a father the son in whom he delights. Happy is the man who finds wisdom, And the man who gains understanding; For her proceeds are better than the profits of silver, And her gain than fine gold.”
‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭3‬:‭11‬-‭14‬ ‭NKJV‬‬
My beloved, we must come to understand that sugar coating and people pleasing will never set anyone free or bring growth and real healing.
This pruning process can be very painful, as we face the trials and challenges of life that teach and change us.
Words of knowledge and instruction can be confusing or feel offensive, but God brings them with purpose, even if it doesn’t seem like it.
But we can be certain that God who starts a good work in His people in the very moment they commit themselves to Him, that He continues His work until it is finally finished on the day Jesus returned (PHILIPPIANS 1:6).
His work involves deliverance and healing, but also healing deep hurts from within and removing false beliefs, damaging habits, items, objects, and sometimes animals and even people out of their lives that hold them back.
Some people may stop associating with us, and that can be close friends and family, those God has cut off.
But this pruning whilst painful, is essential for growth and will lead to freedom, peace , and an abundance of good fruits that are pure and clean.
It’s important to mention, we all have loved ones, friends and family that will walk away from us because of our faith.
Yes, we love them, and so we have a natural inclination to chase them and please them, or hammer them with conversations of Jesus and Scriptures. But actually, if they don’t want to hear or decide to walk away, let them go.
Don’t allow the situation to hold you back or steal your peace, your joy, or distract you from God’s plans.
Im not saying stop loving them, instead put them in God’s hand with prayer.
Through your prayers, God is faithful to work in their lives, softening and preparing hearts, giving them opportunity after opportunity, and as they see good change in you or other believers that God puts in their paths, that they may eventually be drawn to Christ.
My beloved, The Lord isn’t really being slow about His promise, as some people think. No, He is being patient for your sake. He does not want anyone to be destroyed, but wants everyone to repent (2 PETER 3:9).”
That includes all of your loved ones, associates, and even your enemies.
But we, no matter how hard we try to please, impress, or even buy, we cannot change people, only God can do that.
Therefore, serve God in whatever way He has called you, but when it comes to people, know when to stand back, pray, and allow God to do His work.
My beloved, we cannot push our will on God, He isn’t going to budge. Nor can we force people to believe.
We cannot change anyone’s opinions and beliefs if they’re not willing.
Furthermore, we cannot give them freedom or peace or joy in our own capacity.
Therefore, we must learn to stand aside and allow God to do it all through you rather than by you.
For it’s not by power, nor by might, but by the powers and abilities of our awesome living God.
All glory to God forever and ever! Amen.
