LUKE 12:22-34
“Then He said to His disciples, “Therefore I say to you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat; nor about the body, what you will put on. Life is more than food, and the body is more than clothing. Consider the ravens, for they neither sow nor reap, which have neither storehouse nor barn; and God feeds them. Of how much more value are you than the birds? And which of you by worrying can add one cubit to his stature? If you then are not able to do the least, why are you anxious for the rest? Consider the lilies, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin; and yet I say to you, even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.” “If then God so clothes the grass, which today is in the field and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, how much more will He clothe you, O you of little faith? “And do not seek what you should eat or what you should drink, nor have an anxious mind. For all these things the nations of the world seek after, and your Father knows that you need these things. But seek the kingdom of God, and all these things shall be added to you. “Do not fear, little flock, for it is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom. Sell what you have and give alms; provide yourselves money bags which do not grow old, a treasure in the heavens that does not fail, where no thief approaches nor moth destroys.” “For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.

Jesus tells us not to worry, but how can we avoid it? Only faith can give us freedom from anxiety of lack of provision.
Planning and working responsibly is good; dwelling on all the ways our planning could go wrong is bad.
Worry is pointless, it cannot change or achieve a single thing except drag us into anxiety/ depression; it certainly will not satisfy our needs.
Worry is foolish because God loves us and knows all our needs. He promises to meet all our real needs, but not necessarily all of our wants or cravings.
The truth is, He will not give that which shall cause us harm; He will not give us more than we can handle.
But these verses are an amazing encouragement to all who believe.
Does God break even one of His promises?
Of course not, He is God and cannot lie.
Fear is the opposite of faith, like hot is the opposite of cold; and worry is simply another word for fear.
But it takes just a mustard seed of faith to turn fear into faith and move those mountains in your life out of your way (MATHEW 17:20).
Therefore, remove worry by first putting your trust in God. Express your trust through prayer and stand on the promises of God. That is the simple process to exchange worry for faith.
Furthermore, put perspective on your problems by developing a strategy for addressing and correcting your problems. And thirdly, find some believers who will pray into your situation and strengthen you to deal with your worries. “If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him.
”James 1:5 NKJV
But it’s important to understand, “”No one can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or else he will be loyal to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and mammon.
“Matthew 6:24 NKJV
My beloved, it’s God’s way or man’s way; when we go our own ways seeking provision, God will stand back and leave you to your own devices.
But when you seek God and remain obedient to Him, all will be added to you. Not some, but all, and without asking, for He already knows your needs.
My brethren, you of little faith, worry less, pray more, and give it to God, for you can stand on His promises. ““Therefore do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ For after all these things the Gentiles seek. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.
”Matthew 6:31-34 NKJV
We all face hardships at one time or another. But our trials and challenges come with purpose-to build and transform us into the likeness of Christ (2 CORINTHIANS 3:18).
Therefore, “”My brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience. But let patience have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing. If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind. For let not that man suppose that he will receive anything from the Lord; he is a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways.
“James 1:2-8 NKJV
My beloved, stay focused on Christ, and like Peter you shall walk upon the stormy waters in your life and the enemies plans will be crushed under your feet. Furthermore, even if the noise of the storm was too great for you, Jesus will simply take your hand and lead you to safety and cut the storm (MATHEW 14:30-33).
Therefore my beloved, “Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I will say, rejoice! Let your gentleness be known to all men. The Lord is at hand. Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
“Philippians 4:4-7 NKJV
All glory to God forever and ever! Amen
