“There are many plans in a man’s heart, Nevertheless the LORD’s counsel—that will stand.

When a new shopping complex is being planned, the counsel have a meeting to discuss what it should look like, parking, recreation, and everything that should be in it such as shops, restaurants, quiet area’s and so on. Once the council has agreed, and the plans are drawn up the building work starts.
Yet often human plans for one reason or another, get changed or never get completed at all.
The developers make changes because of things they had overlooked, or they run out of money, or people complain that it will damage the environment and so on. The planning was far from perfect, and the developer never accurately considered the cost.
However, when God’s counsel came together to plan His creation, that is the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, they covered everything including sin.
God’s plan was perfect from the beginning and will remain perfect forever. Furthermore, nothing can stop God’s plans from coming to pass, “He is above all (JOHN 3:31), and “By the word of the LORD the heavens were made, And all the host of them by the breath of His mouth.”
Psalms 33:6 NKJV
Is their anyone who thinks he can stop He who breathed out the stars from His breath?
Whatever God has planned for us, it will come to pass. As we study our bibles, we see prophecy turning into history as every word, falls into place and comes to pass.
Nothing can stop God’s plan for you accept yourself.
He gave you free will to choose. You can choose eternal life with God or you can choose forever torment.
Yet He gifted us all for a worldly career because we all need to earn a living; for if we don’t work, we don’t eat (2 THESSALONIANS 3:10), and He gifted us all to serve Him within His five fold ministry (EPHESIANS 4:11), “for to one is given the word of wisdom through the Spirit, to another the word of knowledge through the same Spirit, to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healings by the same Spirit, to another the working of miracles, to another prophecy, to another discerning of spirits, to another different kinds of tongues, to another the interpretation of tongues. But one and the same Spirit works all these things, distributing to each one individually as He wills.”
I Corinthians 12:8-11 NKJV
We humans messed up, we fell into sin. But thanks be to God for Jesus Christ, for in God’s council meeting, He had a plan that covered sin.
I see this imaginary image of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit in council in the planning stage of His creation, and One said, “what if these humans commit sin? You know Lucifer will tempt them! He will go to earth to steal, and to kill, and to destroy (JOHN 10:10). “I know,” replies Jesus, “it is inevitable, but I will go to earth, supernaturally born of a virgin and live as a human, to start the work of defeating the devil, for he can’t tempt Me, and then I will die on a cross to pay the debt of sin that My people may live forever as planned.” Then the Holy Spirit said, “Once you have defeated death, been resurrected, and return to heaven, I will go to live in our sons and daughters to lead, teach, and guide them through their lives and keep them safe. I will guarantee salvation to all those who believe in Christ Jesus (2 CORINTHIANS 1:22; EPHESIANS 1:14).”
My beloved, nothing can stop God’s plans. He did not under estimate the cost, He thought of absolute everything. His plan was perfect and He won’t change what is holy and perfect, for what is holy cannot be bettered.
Jesus said, ”I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End, the First and the Last.”“
Revelation 22:13 NKJV
And Paul put it like this, ”Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever.“
Hebrews 13:8 NKJV
My beloved, no matter how evil this world becomes, no one or anything can stop His plans and purposes.
For He has no equal, nor rival, His name is above every other name, and He shall reign forever!
Jesus did His part to save you; to give you life, that you might have it more abundantly (JOHN 10:10), and He said, “it is finished (JOHN 19:28-30),”
My beloved, regardless of your sinful past, future mistakes, skin colour, or even sexual orientation, believe and receive the gift of life that Christ has afforded you, for Christ made your sin, your faults and failures His problem, and He dealt with it all at Calvary.
All glory to God forever and ever! Amen.
