God is awesome in power-He created the heavens and the earth by His word (GENESIS 1).
He spoke it out and it happened.
God created all things by His spoken word and what He says shall always come to pass; in fact “By the word of the Lord the heavens were made, And all the host of them by the breath of His mouth.”
‭‭Psalms‬ ‭33‬:‭6‬ ‭NKJV‬‬
These verses confirm the deity of Jesus Christ as Lord of all.
“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it.”

God’s Word is who He is, a very part of His very being and it always accomplishes that what He sends it do; it never returns to Him void (ISAIAH 55:11), “For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.”

God, His Word can achieve anything and everything, not just to create or sustain, but for any purpose He chooses; to change circumstances and situations, to bring healing and deliverance, and to search the hearts of all people.
Their is nothing that God’s Word cannot change, fix, or do; And there is no creature hidden from His sight, but all things are naked and open to the eyes of Him to whom we must give account.”

Therefore, as children of God, our words are very powerful too, and we must understand the power of what we say or prophecy.
What we say is either a blessing or a curse (JAMES 3:10).
When we speak negatively about others, we are cursing them; when others speak negatively about us, they are cursing us. This is nothing less than witchcraft.
Therefore stand back from all forms of gossip, “He who goes about as a talebearer reveals secrets; Therefore do not associate with one who flatters with his lips.”
‭‭Proverbs‬ ‭20‬:‭19‬ ‭NKJV‬‬
The devil is a master of deception, and just as God speaks through His people, the devil whispers all kinds of lies through God’s people. He will tell many they are useless and not worthy to be saved; he will bring nightmares, lies, temptations, and fear to open doors that let him and his unclean spirits and demons into their lives; they use our sin to justify entering in to our bodies to abide their like squatters, and to do their evil deeds and eventually take lives.
He sends false teachers and prophets (MATHEW 7:15; 24:11) to speak his evil through God’s people. Therefore, the earnest is upon the receiver to test and approve everything they hear and is spoken over them, including sermons and prophecies from your Pastor that sounds so good.
The truth is, we are all responsible for our own salvation, and there will always be consequences for our actions and behaviour. Ignorance is not an excuse.
Therefore, my “Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God; because many false prophets have gone out into the world. By this you know the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is of God, and every spirit that does not confess that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is not of God. And this is the spirit of the Antichrist, which you have heard was coming, and is now already in the world.”

But my brethren, theirs is not an excuse to despise prophecy or teaching; if you think a prophecy is not from God, “I say to you, keep away from these men and let them alone; for if this plan or this work is of men, it will come to nothing; but if it is of God, you cannot overthrow it—lest you even be found to fight against God.””

Prophecy is a very important part of Christ ministry, as is dreams and visions and should be embraced.
“And we urge you, brethren, to recognize those who labor among you, and are over you in the Lord and admonish you, and to esteem them very highly in love for their work’s sake. Be at peace among yourselves. Now we exhort you, brethren, warn those who are unruly, comfort the fainthearted, uphold the weak, be patient with all. See that no one renders evil for evil to anyone, but always pursue what is good both for yourselves and for all. Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you. Do not quench the Spirit. Do not despise prophecies. Test all things; hold fast what is good. Abstain from every form of evil.”

Satan tried to raise himself up and be above God (ISAIAH 14:14), but as a result, “war broke out in heaven: Michael and his angels fought with the dragon; and the dragon and his angels fought, but they did not prevail, nor was a place found for them in heaven any longer. So the great dragon was cast out, that serpent of old, called the Devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world; he was cast to the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.”

“Therefore rejoice, O heavens, and you who dwell in them! Woe to the inhabitants of the earth and the sea! For the devil has come down to you, having great wrath, because he knows that he has a short time.””

It is not God who brings pain and suffering into the world, it is devil. But there is Good News.
The devil only has a short time here. His days are numbered, “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.”
‭‭John‬ ‭3:16-17‬ ‭NKJV‬‬
The word “begotten” is very important. For Mary conceived a child, not by sexual plan nor lust, but from God-the perfect conception (LUKE 1:26-35), that God Himself would come into this world in human form (PHILIPPIANS 2:7) to undo the works of the devil and justify our new lives in Christ by His blood. For unto us a Child is born, Unto us a Son is given; And the government will be upon His shoulder. And His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.”
‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭9:6‬ ‭NKJV‬‬
Jesus came from God and is God, begotten of the Father in heaven.
Jesus is unique, He is perfect-fully man and fully God, and He came into the world to save it. Jesus said, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.”
‭‭John‬ ‭14‬:‭6‬ ‭NKJV‬
He is the only way because He is God in human form; He is the only person who has the authority to forgive the sins of this world, and the one who justified forgiveness by His own blood.
He is the One who defeated death when He was risen and brought about resurrection life.
Furthermore, He is the judge who will decide your eternal future.
He is the only truth we humans can rely on; He is God and incapable of lying; therefore, we can stand upon His promises; and He is the life that sets us free. Truly I say to you, He is the only way to our Father in heaven.
Our world has never been more corrupt, but the Good News is, God is moving upon this earth, for it is the time of justice, and “Of the increase of His government and peace There will be no end, Upon the throne of David and over His kingdom, To order it and establish it with judgment and justice From that time forward, even forever. The zeal of the LORD of hosts will perform this.”

Before Christ, people could only know God partially, but because He came in human form (PHILIPPIANS 2:6), we can know Him fully because He became visible and tangible in Christ. He is the perfect expression of God in human form-fully man, fully God. He is the name above every other name; He has no equal nor rival, and He shall reign forever.
